Our wholesale business of jewelry materials is now and continues to be one of the major parts of Tokyo Pearl’s business.  From our company’s early years, Tokyo Pearl has been always keeping our own manners of direct purchases and imports from the world jewelry industry.  In order to supply just right products at reasonable cost to our clients, we have always believed it very much necessary for us to establish the close networks with oversea suppliers.
To achieve our newly launched 21st century vision "To be A World Recognized Jeweler," it is very important that we strengthen our material supply capability.  In addition to our raw diamond cut and polish business which started in the 1990s, in the pearl division we have undertaken cultivating South Sea Pearls as a new project under a joint venture with a local company.

image In parallel with these business developments at the source of jewelry distribution, we set up our policy to concentrate our energies also on our "downstream business strategy" – to see products the same way consumers do who actually purchase those jewelry.
Our company has been putting all our efforts into the sales activities of  "hard-ware" - jewelry materials by adding "soft-ware" - product planning ideas and designs.  To strengthen further our "soft-ware" capacity will be one of our important tasks, and as the strategy we need to develop not just simply products, but products that consumers really want to have now.
At the dawn of the 21st century, to create products which are made only to meet customer's expectations, we are positively welcoming market researches and expert jewelry designers because we think it essential to have a dynamic innovative organization and investment on personnel resources.            
10- year plan to establish our own Original Brand
image The ultimate goal of our downstream market strategy will be the establishment of our own original brand.  Based on the concept of "targeting people in which age group with any particular lifestyle", we will put our this brand concept up to the final stage under our long-term vision. By strengthening our material supply capability including the manufacturing stage and the jewelry design and planning stages, and also by devoting our effort to both business of "upstream" and "downstream", Tokyo Pearl will strive to make a big leap to become
"a world recognized jeweler" known by anybody's standard.
