1In 1984, we established our own pearl processing facility in Ise, alongside a dedicated research department focused on enhancing pearl quality. Pearls collected from farms are meticulously sorted by size, color, shape, and luster, then strung into strands prior to clasp setting. This process—inspecting and matching two million pearls annually—requires the skill and precision of seasoned artisans.

Diamond Expertise

Our Bangkok facility specializes in diamond cutting and polishing. Managed by a Japanese director and staffed by approximately 90 skilled local artisans, the factory ensures uncompromising quality. We source rough diamonds globally, polish them in-house, and guarantee full traceability. Services include re-cutting and outsourced polishing.
Our proprietary techniques—such as the patented ‘Heartful 10’ fine-cut and the spherical ‘Dewy Diamond’ polish—are exclusive to our Bangkok factory and highly acclaimed within the industry. Rigorous quality control, including X-ray inspection, GIA-certified equipment, and phosphorescence testing, ensures every piece meets the highest standards of excellence.
